In order to avoid any potential conflicts that could arise if a StyleStar project appears to be similar to someone elses, StyleStar does not accept Unsolicited Material(s), whatsoever.

"Unsolicited Material(s)" include, but are not limited to, ideas, suggestions or materials concerning new products, enhancements, content, characters, artwork, music, musical compositions, dialog, scripts, story lines, names, marketing or promotional plans, proposals and/or other information and/or materials.

Please, do not send any such Unsolicited Material(s) to StyleStar. If despite this request that you not send any Unsolicited Material(s), Unsolicited Material(s) are sent to StyleStar by mail, electronic transmission (email), personal delivery or otherwise, by you or any other person or entity, such Unsolicited Material(s) will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and will remain, the property of and may be used, copied, sublicensed, adapted, transmitted, distributed, publicly performed, published, displayed or deleted as StyleStar sees fit, and StyleStar will exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights in and to any Unsolicited Material(s) of any kind and nature throughout the universe in perpetuity, and will be entitled to unrestricted use of such Unsolicited Material(s) for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, by all means and in all media now or hereafter known or devised, without compensation to you and/or any other sender of such Unsolicited Material(s). You agree that you are not entitled to any compensation, credit or notice whatsoever in connection with any Unsolicited Material(s), and you further agree that by sending any Unsolicited Material(s) you waive the right to make any claim against StyleStar, its parents or affiliates relating to such Unsolicited Material(s), including, without limitation, unfair competition, breach of implied contract or breach of confidentiality. No Unsolicited Material(s) will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of StyleStar and StyleStar will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Unsolicited Material(s).
